Anthony Renteria
Chief Executive Officer
Anthony J. Renteria is the CEO of NorAm Debt Management, LLC. He has been the President and CEO of NorAm Capital Holdings, Inc., (its parent company) since November 2006 and serves as its Chairman. He previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Forward Properties International, Inc. (“FPII”) prior to founding NorAm. Mr. Renteria was responsible for all North American acquisitions for FPII and oversaw FPII’s day-to-day operations. He served as Recovery Manager for HSBC Bank (formerly known as Household Bank) from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Renteria has been a Director of NorAm Capital Holdings, Inc., since November 2, 2006.
David Hadley
President
David Hadley is the President of NorAm Debt Management, LLC, and has been part of the NorAm team since the spring of 2014. Prior to joining NDM, he spent seven years working in sales within the debt collection industry. His understanding of how to evaluate portfolios and analyze the market trends of distressed receivables gives him a unique perspective and sharp insight for buyers and sellers. Before entering the receivables management industry, Mr. Hadley spent 15 years as a private school principal. He graduated from William Jessup University with a degree in Education and received a Master’s degree in Administration from Shasta Graduate School.
Tiffany Renteria
Client Liaison
Tiffany Renteria has served as the Client Liaison for NDM since 2019 and has been Executive Assistant for NorAm Capital Holdings, Inc. since 2017. Before her career with NorAm, Ms. Renteria worked in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant. She obtained her Medical Assistant Certificate from Concorde Career College-Portland and studied Business Administration and Management at Mt. Hood Community College. She has participated in volunteer work with the Oregon Food Bank since 2015.
Eric Ledecky
IT Manager
Eric Ledecky joined the team in 2017 after nearly 17 years as a technical support representative for Apple Macintosh platforms with a Mac Store division of Computer Stores Northwest. His skills and expertise support our team and the needs of our clients with the proficiency necessary for seamless integrations and transactions across a variety of business services.
